The Gender Pay Gap data released by WGEA reveals that our median total remuneration gender pay gap stands at 19.7%, compared to the industry group’s 20%. It’s important to emphasize that we do not differentiate pay based on gender; rather, the gender pay gap, as measured by WGEA, reflects differences in average earnings between men and women within our organisation.

While we have made strides in reducing the gender pay gap over the last three years, we are committed to staying focused on areas where we can improve and evolve, particularly to ensure we build higher female representation in senior managerial roles.
