I called to get information on Email to Text option and whether it was an additional fee. The person who helped me informed me that all of MessageMedia options are a part of my monthly fee and answered all my questions regarding same. He then transferred me to tech support to set me up with this option. Nijaz got me set up within minutes and also answered all my questions. Love MessagMedia!

There is absolutely nothing that comes to mind that I can add to assist in regards to customer service. This guy was definitely on point. He knew exactly what I was doing and experiencing with the API. It took him only seconds for both of us to reach the same conclusion. Customer service is awsome with you guys. Most important thing: someone picked up the phone and spoke English perfectly! Thank you! thank you, thanks!!! just his ability to understand what I am trying to do saved countless hours of troubleshooting! thank you for providing a real person on the other end, and not a robot. Luke was very knowledgeable about the system and went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up perfectly for me. i like that reminded me to set the limits on the account also. it seems there is a big push for customer service over there, i will def be happy and comfortable expanding my SMS API that we use and the features knowing you guys are a phone call away.
